Damond Compton began his career with Arborilogical Services in the summer of 2002 as an intern, while attending Stephen F. Austin State University. In May 2003, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Forestry, focusing on Urban Forestry.

Immediately following his graduation, Damond joined the Arborilogical family as a full-time permanent member of the staff. He has held several positions through the years, beginning in our fertilization department as a Licensed Commercial Pesticide Applicator and eventually becoming a Certified Consulting Arborist.

Damond has sought additional training since becoming a Certified Arborist. He has added certification as ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualified (TRAQ) as well as Texas Oak Wilt Qualified (TOWQ). He also continues to assist with the management of the fertilization department when he is needed.

Customer satisfaction is important to Damond. He goes above and beyond for his clients, recommending the best tree care solutions, and then providing their trees with the expert tree care they deserve.

Damond and his lovely wife are the proud parents of two young children -- a daughter and her younger brother.
