Haley R. Vincze joined Arborilogical Services, Inc. as a Certified Consulting Arborist in 2022. Born in Dallas and raised in Wylie, Haley has always wanted nature to be at the heart of whatever she decided to do.
While attending Wylie High School, she participated in many events through Future Farmers of America (FFA) where she discovered her interest in entomology. This led her to Tarleton State University, where she majored in Wildlife, Sustainability, and Ecosystem Sciences with a concentration in Natural Resource Ecology and Crop Science and she minored in Biology. She spent her time at Tarleton researching insect diversity and native bees, preserving plant specimens in the Tarleton herbarium, volunteering at the FFA entomology invitational contest and community events through student organizations, and competing on the equestrian team. Haley also enjoyed helping other students as a teaching assistant and tutor.
After graduating with honors in 2019, Haley attended New Mexico State University where she studied Agricultural Biology and minored in Applied Statistics. Her thesis project, “A Flying Start for Insects: Incorporating Drones in the Distribution of Insects as Biological Control Agents”, gave her experience in Pecan orchards. It was this orchard where she released ladybird beetles and green lacewings aerially with a drone to manage aphid numbers. At New Mexico State, she also enjoyed being a teaching assistant and competing on the ranch horse team. Haley has presented her research at several A&M University branch school-held events and Entomological Society of America Southwestern Branch meetings. After achieving her master's degree in 2022, she moved back home to Wylie.
Haley is committed to providing her clients in the Dallas/Fort Worth communities with the expert care their trees deserve.
