The Texas Chapter International Society of Arboriculture presented the 2021 Presidential Award of Merit to Mrs. Kirbie Houser-Pastenes at the 41st Annual Texas Tree Conference Awards Luncheon held Thursday, September 30, 2021, at the Waco Convention Center.
